Notes

Handle habanero and jalapeno peppers with caution; wearing gloves is highly recommended to avoid skin irritation. Ensure peppers are finely diced for even distribution of heat. This sauce is incredibly spicy; taste a very small amount before serving. Allow the sauce to sit for at least 30 minutes after mixing to allow the flavors and heat to meld and intensify. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. The heat level can be adjusted slightly by removing seeds and membranes from the peppers, but this recipe is designed for extreme heat.
