Notes

For a balanced flavor, taste and adjust the sweetness or tartness before serving. The quality of mango nectar can vary, so a fresh mango puree (strained) would elevate this immensely. Consider a spicy rim by mixing sugar with chili powder for an added kick. If a thicker, slushier consistency is desired, use slightly more ice or pre-chill your ingredients. For a more complex drink, a splash of orange liqueur (like Cointreau) can be added. Always serve immediately to maintain optimal temperature and texture.
