Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip

This spinach artichoke dip is delicious. It's so cheesy and fragrant. If you don't like artichokes, don't worry — you'll never know they're in there! My only question is: Is it okay to eat it with a spoon right out of the dish?

Notes

1. Ensure the frozen spinach is thoroughly thawed and squeezed dry to prevent a watery dip. Excess moisture will dilute the flavor and impact texture. Similarly, drain artichoke hearts well.2. For enhanced flavor, use freshly minced garlic rather than pre-minced, and consider roasting it beforehand for a sweeter, more complex note. Freshly grated Parmesan and Romano cheeses will also offer a superior taste profile.3. A pinch of red pepper flakes can add a subtle warmth. For a richer, creamier consistency, ensure the cream cheese is fully softened to avoid lumps. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives for presentation.
