  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • ΒΌ cup honey
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Notes

For a deeper flavor, consider adding a pinch of dried thyme or rosemary to the glaze. Ensure carrots are peeled and trimmed uniformly to promote even cooking.
