Notes

For optimal whipping cream, ensure your bowl and whisk attachment are thoroughly chilled; this aids in achieving stable, soft peaks. When folding the whipped cream into the marshmallow mixture, be gentle to preserve the airy texture of the mousse. Consider using high-quality chocolate sandwich cookies for the crust; a deeper chocolate flavor will beautifully balance the mint. To prevent a soggy crust, ensure the butter is fully incorporated into the crumbs and pressed firmly. For an elevated presentation, garnish with finely grated dark chocolate or a delicate mint sprig. Allowing the pie to soften slightly before serving is crucial for the perfect creamy consistency.
