If you're a fan of "everything but the bagel" seasoning, you'll love this low-carb dip made with only 4 ingredients. Bagel seasoning can be found at most major retailers, or you can easily make your own using one of the many recipes available online. Serve with bagel chips or your favorite crackers.

  • cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese softened
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 ½ tablespoons everything bagel seasoning or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine sour cream, cream cheese, and mayonnaise in the bowl of a mini food processor. Blend for 15 to 20 seconds; scrape down the sides of the bowl and add in bagel seasoning. Blend another 10 seconds and taste, adding more seasoning if desired. The flavor will develop the longer it sits.

Achieving a perfectly smooth and creamy dip hinges on using truly softened cream cheese. Allow it to come to room temperature for at least 30 minutes to prevent lumps. When blending, scrape down the sides of the food processor bowl thoroughly to ensure all ingredients are fully incorporated. While delicious immediately, the flavor of this dip truly develops and deepens after chilling for at an hour, allowing the bagel seasoning to infuse properly. For an elevated presentation, garnish with a sprinkle of extra Everything Bagel seasoning, a few fresh chives, or finely chopped dill. Consider using full-fat ingredients for the richest texture and flavor; however, light alternatives can be used for a slightly lighter option without significantly compromising taste.
