Equipment

  • 1 Jelly Roll Pan Or a rimmed baking sheet of similar size
  • 1 Large Mixing Bowl For the cream cheese mixture
  • 1 Spatula or Offset Spatula For spreading the topping
  • 1 Chef's knife For chopping vegetables
  • 1 Cutting Board For preparing vegetables

Ingredients

Main

  • 2 8 ounce packages refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • cup mayonnaise
  • 1 1.4 ounce package dry vegetable soup mix (such as Knorr)
  • 1 cup radishes sliced
  • cup chopped green bell pepper
  • cup chopped red bell pepper
  • cup chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • ½ cup chopped carrot
  • ½ cup chopped celery

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Spread crescent roll dough out into an 11x14-inch jelly roll pan; pinch perforations and seams together to make a crust.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until crust is lightly golden brown, about 10 minutes. Let cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, and vegetable soup mix together in a bowl. Spread cream cheese mixture over the crust. Sprinkle pizza with radishes, bell peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, carrot, and celery, pressing vegetables into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Cut pizza into squares, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight to blend flavors.

Notes

Ensure the crescent roll crust is fully cooled before spreading the cream cheese mixture; warmth will cause separation. For uniform texture and adhesion, finely dice all vegetables and press them gently into the spread. This dish relies on overnight refrigeration to allow flavors to meld and the topping to firm up properly. To enhance, consider adding a touch of fresh dill or chives to the cream cheese mixture, or a very light sprinkle of garlic powder. For presentation, arrange the colorful vegetables deliberately before pressing.
