Ingredients

Main

  • 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups water divided
  • ice

Instructions

  • Combine lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk, and 1 cup water in a blender. Blend until well combined.
  • Pour into a pitcher and add remaining 2 cups water. Stir.
  • Serve chilled and over ice.

Notes

For the finest flavor, always use freshly squeezed lemon juice. The quality of your lemons will significantly impact the final taste. If you prefer a less sweet or more tart profile, adjust the amount of sweetened condensed milk or add a touch more lemon juice to taste after the initial blend. To prevent dilution, add ice to individual glasses just before serving rather than adding it directly to the pitcher. A garnish of a fresh lemon slice or a sprig of mint will elevate the presentation and aroma.
