Notes

Ensure all canned ingredients are very well-drained to prevent a watery dip. For optimal flavor development, allow the cowboy caviar to meld in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, ideally overnight. A quality Italian dressing makes a significant difference; consider a homemade version for enhanced freshness. For an extra layer of flavor and texture, briefly char the corn kernels before adding them. Serve chilled with sturdy tortilla chips, as a side dish for grilled meats, or as a vibrant topping for tacos or salads. Adjust jalapeño quantity to preferred spice level.
