  • Ensure brewed coffee is chilled and banana is peeled and frozen prior to preparation.
  • Drain the soaked hazelnuts thoroughly.
  • Combine the chilled brewed coffee, drained hazelnuts, milk (or nut/soy milk), frozen banana, and agave nectar in a high-speed blender.
  • Add the ice cubes to the blender.
  • Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy, with no visible hazelnut pieces.
  • Taste the shake and adjust sweetness with more agave nectar if desired, or thin with a splash more milk or coffee for preferred consistency.
  • Pour the shake evenly into serving glasses.
  • Optionally, garnish each serving with toasted coconut flakes before serving.

For optimal creaminess and digestibility, ensure hazelnuts are soaked overnight; this softens them and helps create a smoother shake.
