  • 1 packet CARNATION BREAKFAST ESSENTIALS® Rich Milk Chocolate Powdered Drink Mix
  • 1 5.3 ounce container plain Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 5.3 ounce container raspberry Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Mix chocolate drink mix into plain Greek yogurt until fully combined.
  • Spoon 2 1/2 tablespoons of chocolate Greek yogurt mixture into the bottom of each of two parfait glasses. Top with 2 teaspoons of graham cracker crumbs, several raspberries, and by 2 1/2 tablespoons of raspberry yogurt. Repeat layers to build parfaits.

Notes

For enhanced flavor, consider adding a tiny dash of vanilla extract to the chocolate yogurt mixture. To prevent the graham cracker crumbs from becoming soggy too quickly, you can gently toast them in a dry pan for a few minutes until fragrant, then let cool completely before layering. Ensure your raspberries are fresh and vibrant for the best taste and visual appeal. For a cleaner presentation, use the back of a spoon to gently level each yogurt layer before adding the next ingredient. This will create distinct, attractive stripes in your parfait.
