Notes

For optimal results, ensure eggs are at room temperature to promote even cooking and prevent cracking from rapid temperature changes. The ice bath is crucial for stopping the cooking process immediately, yielding perfectly set yolks and significantly aiding in easier peeling. Adjust cooking time slightly based on your specific air fryer model and desired yolk consistency (e.g., less time for jammy yolks, more for very firm). A pinch of salt in the ice bath can also help prevent small cracks if eggs are very fresh. For even easier peeling, crack the eggs gently around their circumference before placing them into the cold water. Enjoy these versatile eggs in salads, as a snack, or in deviled eggs.
