Beyond her iconic television appearances, Lynn Hamilton also graced the modeling world and the stage as a theater actress, showcasing a diverse range of talents throughout her multifaceted career.

These recurring roles made her a familiar face to many viewers over the years. One of her most famous recurring roles was on NBC’s “Sanford and Sons.” She played the role of Donna Harris on the popular NBC show. This recurring role earned her public recognition on NBC. She also had a recurring role in *The Waltons*. In that series, she portrayed the character Verdie Grant Foster.
Her personal life included a loving marriage of 50 years to Frank Jenkins, a distinguished poet and playwright, whom she married in 1964 and remained with until his passing in 2014.
